Her role involves meticulously reviewing and polishing a wide range of documents, including reports, articles, and communication materials, to ensure that they convey their intended messages effectively. Felicity is also responsible for maintaining consistency in writing style and adherence to grammatical rules and BIC's editorial guidelines.
Nazlan Ertan
Nazlan Ertan is a Turkish journalist who contributes regularly to Washington-based news outlet Al-Monitor and Turkey's Anka Review, a newsletter that provides political analysis for subscribers. Ertan has worked in Ankara, Paris, and Brussels for various Turkish and international publications, including the Hurriyet Daily News, CNN Turk, BBC Turkish Service and Duvar English. Between 2016-2019, she established and edited Al-Monitor's Culture Section.

Sebastian Sons works as a senior researcher for the Center for Applied Research in Partnership with the Orient (CARPO).
Dr. Cinzia Bianco
Dr. Cinzia Bianco is a visiting fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations, where she is working on political, security and economic developments in the Arabian Peninsula and Gulf region and relations with Europe. Additionally, she is a senior analyst at Gulf State Analytics and a Non-Resident Scholar at the Middle East Institute in Washington, D.C.

Julien De Wit is an analyst at the Brussels International Center For Research and Human Rights specializing in security, terrorism and radicalization on the one hand and social matters on the other.
Asil Sidahmed
Formerly Strategic Advisor to Sudan's Minister of Health, Dr. Omar El-Nageib, in the Transitional Government, Asil has also served as Advisor for Advocacy at Doctors Without Borders/MSF's headquarters in Brussels. Asil built her career spending a decade in Africa and Middle East in strategic advisory and operational management roles in the non-profit and private sectors.
Clémentine Lienard
Clémentine is BIC’s Climate Security Analyst and also holds a position at the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), where she co-authored the Chaillot Paper on Arab Climate Futures. Her areas of expertise include conflict analysis, protection of population, climate change and the energy transition. She previously held positions at SHAPE, NATO, at the French Ministry of Armed Forces and at the French Embassy in Mexico.
Maria Fabricius
Over the past 12 years, Maria has worked at the communication sector, with specific projects related to democratic development and social sustainability. She will assist the BIC in developing a coherent and holist communication strategy in all our online platforms, while also promoting workshops and training for the staff on political communication and branding.
