On the evening of October 17, a tragic incident unfolded when a catastrophic explosion rocked a hospital in Gaza City, resulting in the loss of lives, with the majority being civilians. Gaza's health ministry swiftly attributed this calamity to an Israeli airstrike, while Israeli authorities contended that the explosion might have been caused by inadvertent rocket fire from Palestinian militant groups.
